Returns
May I return my order?
You may return your order within 14 days of reception. Items must be in perfect condition and returned in their original shipping packaging and original branded packaging, with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Any return not meeting these criteria will be shipped back to you and will not be refunded.
In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, personalized products may not be returned.
What are the conditions for refund?
A quality check is carried out upon reception of the return at our warehouse. If the products, the packaging and any other elements shipped to you are in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund. This can take maximum 30 days. In case the conditions above are not met, the return will be shipped back to you, without being refunded.
Can I return an order without its original box?The items must be returned with all their packaging. Any return not meeting these criteria will be shipped back to you, without being refunded.
How to return my order?
You can request a prepaid return label from our customer service.
In accordance with the General Conditions of Sale, personalized products cannot be returned.

If you dont use the prepaid label we provide, we encourage you to send your parcel via a tracked shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of a parcel without tracking service.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its entirety, including boxes, accessories, protective material, labels, instructions manuals etc., and its original packaging, along with a copy of the receipt. Upon receipt of your product and after inspection by our Quality Department, we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund.
Are return fees refunded?
Return costs are free except for returns from Norway and Switzerland.
