What payment options do you propose?
S.T. Dupont accepts the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
A payment authorization request is sent to your bank when you place the order. For all items, excluding Made to Order and personalized items, you will be charged when your order is shipped.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it has been processed.
What are the delivery times and options?
With standard delivery, your S.T. Dupont order will be delivered by Chronopost within 5 working days from the moment it has been processed by our warehouse. Additional 48 to 72 hours delivery time may apply during special operations.
With express delivery, your S.T. Dupont order will be delivered by Chronopost within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the moment it has been processed by our warehouse. Additional 48 to 72 hours delivery time may apply during special operations.
We only deliver to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland and Sweden. Additional delivery time may apply for customized products.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is complimentary for all orders over €250. The delivery cost information is automatically displayed during the ordering process, at the shipping confirmation stage.
Custom duties may apply and fall under the responsibility of the buyer.
For Mother’s day, express delivery is complimentary for all orders. Custom duties may apply and fall under the responsibility of the buyer.
May I return my order?
You may return your order within 14 days from its reception. The items must be returned in perfect condition and with all their packaging. Any products not meeting these criteria will be shipped back without refund. In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, personalized products may not be returned.
How to return my order?

If you dont use the prepaid label we provide, we encourage you to use a tracked shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of a parcel shipped without a tracking service.
